A calmer approach to anxiety, stress, and burnout support

Anxiety, chronic stress, and burnout don’t mean something is wrong with you.

More often, they’re signs that you’ve been carrying too much for too long.

My role as a health and mental health coach is to offer a respectful, grounded space where we can slow things down and understand how stress and anxiety are affecting you — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

I have lived and professional experience supporting people through anxiety, ongoing stress, and burnout. My approach is practical, human, and collaborative.

I don’t position myself as someone who has it all figured out. I work alongside you — listening carefully, noticing what’s happening, and responding thoughtfully as things unfold.

This work isn’t about becoming a different person.

It’s about reconnecting with your own capacity and allowing clarity and direction to return, at a pace that feels safe.

I work within the ethical scope of coaching. If therapy or another form of mental health support would better serve you, that conversation is part of care.

Not sure if coaching is right? You’re welcome to connect and explore first.
